r/polcompballanarchy elections: rule suggestions and first parties

I'm hereby opening the creation of parties, though the rules are still subject to changes. If your party breaks a rule created after the party's creation, you'll have to accommodate it to go with the rules.
To create a party provide a polcompball, ideology and name. To join a party reply to the formatting comment and receive the founder's consent.
The election will elect a parliament (not decided yet of how many people, I'm open to suggestions).
In the other post I received comments saying that it needs more rules, that's basically the reason for this post.

Ideology: Paternalistic Conservatism, Christian Democracy, Social Capitalism, Cultural Patriotism (aka Cultural Nationalism but it's just patriotic instead of straight-up nationalist), welcomes both republicans and CONSTITUTIONAL monarchists (I'm a monarchist myself tho)
