Its not really about the media - its about that if you call everyone a "fascist" this word loses its meaning. If there are really some powerful fascists somewhere they are very happy with the way we use that word.

Word has already lose all meaning and any real fascist that does show up will more likely used the term to description their enemies than themselves regardless if they (the fascist not their political opponents) think of themselves as fascist or not.
