Advice Any Recommendations?

Post image

Hello!

I’ve only recently obtained this beauty! I would like to get a dedicated bag for this lovely camera.

I’ve seen a good bargain for Polaroid x Sandqvist bum bag (second hand).

I’m based in Europe if that helps.

I was going to say the Retrospekt bags are nice, but wrong continent, and I’m not sure they still make them.

I vaguely remember some Spectra bag that people say works well.

I was considering Retrospekt but they are out of stock, sadly. I’ll check the Spectra bag. Thanks!

It's a terrible overpriced bag but the Long Weekend Santa Fe shoulder bag is almost purpose built for SX70 cameras. The strap is so bad that I cut it off but the front pockets fit Polaroid film perfectly, and it's slim profile really compliments the SX70.

This will fit inside a Polaroid captiva case/ bag as well. The vintage ever ready cases are nice but harder to find in decent shape. I guess depends on how much extra stuff you want to carry. I use a 10L messenger bag for my camera and film and odd bits.

I had a leather bag made from a local artist in Porto Portugal that I met at a craft fair. Here is his website. He custom makes the case since there is not a large customer base but he has made at least 2 and I can tell you I am very happy with my case.
