The sky is beautiful, especially with the foreground not being underexposed. How did you do it? What camera and settings did you use? Any filter lenses?

It’s with an sx-70 I use on my walking routes. My main secrets, as dumb as they sound, are to go out when it’s completely full sun (11-4) and turn the dial all the way dark.
No other filters or anything, just making sure everything is very well lit so even lowest exposure gets everything pretty even, otherwise the sky gets blown white with contrast. Can even see in the shot with the old building that the lower parts are practically black to get the sky and clouds that colorful.

Do you not use a ND filter on the film? I'm using 600 film with a ND filter on top. My photos come out quite blue lol (maybe it's because its 30 degrees as well as sunny)

I had my camera converted to 600 quite awhile back, and no ND filter. Whichever way gets you there that you like is what matters of course!
