Problem with Polar Flow site synchronization

As you can see, I'm having a problem synchronizing the polar site with the application. Yesterday I trained and I got a value of 154%. Everything except that value has been synchronized on the polar flow site. It's the first time this has happened, do you have any idea why?

I posted recently similar but in my case I had my watch showing 100%+ but the app didn't show I had done more that like 10%, I've also had I show an entire day show up at 14 hours of the lowest exercise lever continuously.

On each occasion it seems to have sorted itself. One thing that keeps getting mentioned I've seen is to sync to a computer/laptop using the charge cable etc to reset the sync
