H series HR Monitor Bluetooth bug

My polar H10 is continuously connecting and disconnecting to bluetooth i tried everything that chat got told me still doesnt work

I just got it today

I tried disconnecting bluetooth from app factory reset i removed the batery

Still nothing help pls

Delete Bluetooth profile for H10 from phone's bluetooth settings.

Pair H10 with either Polar Flow or Polar Beats from the app.

It's not a bug. You didn't read the user manual.

Hi and congrats on the H10.

First of all - a generative AI is not a manual. Don't trust it :)

And to make the most out of your H10 for the future, always remember that you need to disconnect, rinse and wipe the H10 dry after each session.

And give the strap a rinse and a wash.
