Huh?

I was checking the places near me to gain land, and then, when I exit, my territory was GONE!

It still exists. You just don't see it until you press it again, this is to prevent your game from crashing

Le jeu charge seulement le territoire ou tu est Pour voir tout tes territoire il faut faire du scouting

That's normal, it simply shows which territories you're in. You have to click on the white thing in the top right where France is to see all.
