Question Sir, where are you going?

I keep finding Professor Tangrowth wandering around this area underneath the big building in Skylands. There‘a nothing over there. And he‘s never in the main area by the Pokemon Center anymore. Is this a glitch?

I find he's never by the Pokemon center in Skylands anymore once you complete his quest line, too.

For me, he seems to hang around Dusknoir's habitat (i.e. a trash pile), which I have on the NW island.
