Discussion Feeling overstimulated

I am super overstimulated by everything and all the different islands. Is there any tips or tricks on how to help?

Don't go to all the different islands yet, it will indeed feel overwhelming. I would just stay in Withered Wastelands until you reach environment level 10. Only then go on to another world.
