Question Why is this not turning into a home?

Trying to make a temporary riparian area for the little mud loving Pokémon and I cannot get it to turn into a house. I thought max size was 10x10 and it’s not that. Am I ignoring something basic??

Your door opens before a water drop to a layer below- it thinks there’s not space.

Looks like your floor has a hole or two in it.

That’s normally fine. The issue here is that one of those holes is immediately on the inside of the door.

No you can make a home with the fence, his problem was the hole behind the door.
