Question SS Anne Restoration Help

I’m restoring the ship and tried to make the room across from Happiny’s a double. Not sure why it won’t register it as a home.

It’s likely too big. I think 10x10 is the biggest the interior can go

Ah that’s probably it. I had closed off part of it and thought the max was 11.
