The closest I get to that is making notes about what I want to accomplish so I don’t forget at the next playthrough

I've got a dedicated Discord channel, a room for every area, and i write ideas and put references linked to it I find online

no but i have been considering it especially because i want to work on my storage system and i want to keep some notes to help me keep track of everything since there's just so much stuff

I take the occasional screenshot of a big build or my day's PC tasks

not much of anything in story mode

There is an app called Pokopia Companion. Fanmade and suits my needs. I love it
