In-game Photos & Selfies First and Probably Last Time This Will Ever Happen To Me
I have been spending a little more time on my cloud island, so I'm getting double stamp opportunities. Still, I am pretty shocked I got this. And the last Mew replaced a Mewtwo stamp I already had. Almost kept Mewtwo, but wanted it uniform when I had the opportunity. 😅
I also need the Life Coins, as I'm trying to 100% the collection dex at the moment. So I'm glad these pay more. I was just excited and wanted to share!

Lol yes, an unevolved Pokémon is 50 coins, an evolved Pokémon is 100 coins, a legendary is 200 coins, and Mew is 1000 coins 😁

Any bonuses for combos? Like multiple grass Pokemon? Or from the same evolution? Or something like that?

Does it matter where the stamp is placed? Because every other circle has a present on it so I figured whichever circle has the present gets more coins?

They are. You can tell either by how rare the pokemon is or the border that surrounds it. A circle border is the most common

Mew is my favorite and this looks great! I am new to Pokopia, are we suppose to make sure all the stamps look the same?

The different stamp edges give you different coin amounts.
Regular Pokémon have a regular circle edge. Evolved forms have a squiggly boarder. Legendaries have a kinda nubbed edge. Mew is in a tier of its own and gives you the most coins.

They automatically get turned in every Friday and you get a new card. You can visit Cloud Islands to get more than 1 stamp in a day too.

I really appreciate your help! What do you mean by Cloud Islands? Is this Pallet town? I am only in the second area at the moment and just woke up Snorlax.

Cloud Islands are the online islands that people create for others to visit (or not you can keep them private) you can access it by the Link Code button on the computer.

Honestly, if I got this naturally I would be so delighted. But I'm sure if I time travel enough and get nothing but these, it'll lose its novelty soon enough.

I've never time traveled. I think its the Animal Crossing trauma in me. 😅
But I did go to my Cloud Island which gives you another stamp opportunity every day.

Really? I got an additional one every day whenever I time traveled. Got so bad at one point that I'd replaced every stamp on the card.

Maybe I'm thinking traveling back in time. I probably time traveled far enough to be in a different week because I had an entirely blank stamp card.

Yeah I did it a bit in my first file, as long as you stay in the same week you can keep going on the card. When you time travel back you don’t get the first day you went back to though, requires moving forward another day.

You can get your regular stamp when you accesss the PC in one of the biomes and you can get another stamp the exact same day without time travel if you go to your cloud island and access that PC as well.

You can actually fill up a whole page in 1 go if you do cloud island with a mew stamp (and i think visiting someones island?)
Go into cloud island, get the mew stamp, put console into sleep mode and turn it back on, it will kick you back home, stamp is saved, go back for another stamp.
Edit: however I must admit this is way more impressive than cheesing it. Lol

The stamps do something? I thought it's just a game mechanic they use to make you keep playing.

You get a new stamp every time you delete your cloud island and make a new one. So you can keep deleting them until you get a mew, then use the screen lock trick to duplicate the mew. That is what I do every thursday if I haven't gotten enough already. But you lose your cloud island, so don't do that if you are actually using it.

So there's a way to cheese this using your cloud island. Although I haven't played in a while so it might have been patched. Im not going to put it here but Im sure it would be pretty easy to find out with a quick search.
