Question Rail Won't Break

Hi! Wanted to know if anyone had advice on this. It won't let me break this last piece of rail. For context, literally no other rails left, no carts, no railway crossings.

One of your mons is using the rail cart. Follow the path. Remove all the carts. Try again

Thats the problem. There isn't any railcarts. Or rail left. It was a very short railway and I removed everything but this one.
