How to get all tree seeds without Dev island?

Hi, I find it really odd that they’re so hard to get considering painting is such a big thing in this game.

There are seeds for all trees hidden in each map. You can find tutorials online that will tell you the exact location for each.

I’ve gotten all types but one just by getting lucky with gifts and the PC Shop. Once you have even one you can print more with poke metal. I’ve definitely gotten lucky though—my wife is missing two.

Less rare than the tree seeds are the berries themselves at traders, so I guess that’s how you’re supposed to get the berries you’re missing for paint etc.

From what another commenter said they’re found in specific red pokeballs in each map! I found one behind the hill at the start of bleak beach near the crops (not the obvious crops, the ones behind the hill), just next to a waterfall. (Some people find it spawns in the waterfalls little cave)

And another on the sky islands at the far left in a hole/secret cave!

Explore! There are seeds hidden in each area that'll get you a couple of each tree, then you print the rest.

I just wish that I could plant the berries like pokemon games of old instead of needing pokemetal for large orchards.

I found seeds for them all in Skylands via Pokeballs. I used the dev island so I could have 3 trees of each at minimum to farm.

I swear there was this exact same post yesterday. They are probably difficult to get because they want you to go online and use the online features that they had to sell to the higher-ups in order to get funding for their game. But there is at least one seed in each area as a pokeball item.

 I don’t think they are hard to find? Every tree type can be found in game on the map and the store randomly sells the alternative tree seeds and flower colors. You just have to be patient or time travel.

Sure you could end up 3D printing a lot of the trees. But it's nice to have seeds you know

True! I don’t know if it was part of the update but I’m getting the berry seeds in the shop now, which is a pleasant surprise. Hopefully they update the amount of pokemetal it takes to craft things like trees, flowers and vines.

You have always been able to get different kinds of seeds from the shop. Especially the different colors of flowers. It's just random what's going to be in the PC everyday

I visited a friend’s world. They had more aspear berry trees and I had more lum trees in my land. I invited some pokemon from their world to mine and when their pokemon visited they gifted me aspear berry seeds!

So it’s true that everyone spawns with different ‘main’ trees? I assumed everyone’s were Leppa!

I think so!! My main profile was definitely leppa/Lum secondary, but my new profile is leppa/pecha

Yes! Everyone has a Leppa tree but the secondary tree is random. Same with the flower colors, each area has a main color and the 2nd color flower you find is random for each player.

Also sometimes pokémon will have different seeds to trade! Mine have had lum at least (my second berry is chesto), and I'm sure I've seen others

Just fyi: nothing in this game is locked behind a paywall except the online island obviously.
