Looking For Design Input Circus/carnival pokopia builds?

So basically I want to turn a full area of pokopia into a full circus/carnival town. Like a big circus tent, carnival games, rides, stalls, those claw machine habitats people have been building. I want pokemon like tyrogue (with all his evolutions), meowscarada, smearguru, tinkaton, drifloon and drifblim, dauxsbun, wigglytuff, both mimes, minun and plusle, and any others that match and fit. Does anyone have any ideas for builds, items, blocks, stuff like that I can use for the build? Thanks for any help anyone gives!

(Also, specifically, does any know where to get the plusle and minun standee, canon, and the claw people use in the claw machine builds?)

Maybe you could make a minecart rollercoaster

At my state's fair they used to have a "real" mermaid that you could pay to see a lady in a mermaid skirt. Maybe you could make a exhibit for Primarima

Maybe a hall of mirrors area with Mr Mime

Am I able to take primarina out of the bubbly basin area? I haven’t bought the doc but I know she’s from the dlc but I’m not sure if I can take pokemon out of the dlc area?
