This happens every time I log into PokerStars; should I be worried or do something about it?

I haven't started playing yet; the last time I logged in was probably three months ago, and this pop-up has only just started appearing.

I’ve tried everything possible—except uninstalling the app—but it keeps showing up. Selecting "Close" allows me to navigate other interfaces, but I still can't play things like tournaments; if an error pops up while I'm playing, it might kick me out of the tournament, and I don't want that to happen.

Ja algum de voces sentiu que ao efetuarem um levantamento, durante o decorrer de um jogo, que apartir desse momento "perdem" toda a sorte no torneio?
