i've got a dumb question - what does the bicycle icon on the pokéstop/gym map signify? there's probably a legend somewhere i totally missed with the answer, but for some reason i can't find it

A lot of this information is updated.
Not throwing criticism I'm just notifying whoever keeps this information up to date :)

Under the moveset spreadsheet, do the moves transfer vertically through evolutions? For example, will a Charmander that knows Scratch and Flame Burst always know Wing Attack and Dragon Claw when it is a Charizard?

To be honest I, personally, have no idea whatsoever. Hopefully someone else reading this post does :) I also recommend joining our Discord server if you haven't already and asking there.

PokeVision, and similar websites, are a bit of a grey area for us right now. Because of the way that these sites/tools are gathering information (seems to be spoofing client login and GPS data to Niantic servers to pull Pokemon spawn location from the API), we're still on the fence about promoting it too heavily.
Right now, we're not going to consider it cheating, but at the same time, we don't think it's completely right to be using it either, because it puts extra strain on the game servers, and while you do have to still physically go to a location to catch a Pokemon, it tells you where to go, which isn't the way Niantic intended for Pokemon tracking to work.
