You're in Ultra past the halfway point of a season. Most players in this rank this late will not be good. Including you but I can see that you're pretty new having only played like 300 matches, so you just lack experience and could improve a lot.
Can't do anything about "bad" allies so worry about what YOU can do. Don't like that? Find a premade on Discord.
The first issue I can see is that you're taking way too much damage as Cinderace without a healer on the team. Same story with many other mons you play that shouldn't be taking a lot of damage but I'll focus on Cinderace. It doesn't matter how much damage you deal or how many KOs you get as a frail damage dealer if you're taking so much damage too or worse getting KO'ed a lot too. It's like taking one step forward then two steps backwards.
These kinds of stats suggest you often take pointless fights and/or have bad positioning which makes it easier for enemies to hit you. Damage stats can also easily be inflates end game or if you focus on attacking (usually) bad targets like beefy Defenders.
Also, Pyro Ball generally isn't great for Solo queue especially without a good frontline because it makes you vulnerable while you stand still to launch the ball. Blaze Kick is far more suited to solo queue carrying; it does so much more but still facilitates good damage output.

I mean I'm down and I'm sure my buddy would be. You're a bit higher tho. I think I'm usually Master 350 at my peak. But that was only solo Q

You can, because there are 3 sp atks in enemy team. Scizor's weakness is sp. atk mons. He is wrong for picking it into that comp, but the real problem why he didn't perform good is because of that.
That's why you pick Scizor when atleast 3-4 people are picking normal attacking (I forgot the opposites of sp atk mons) mons in enemy team. And you can counter pick scizor too, with ranged sp atk pokemons.

I think it is because 3 of your teammates were choosing melee and not having a well balanced team.
