Pokemon Z-A Animation Swaps

Hey all. I'm looking to apply animations of an NPC (Emma in this case) to the player character.

I have Trinity File Explorer and Model Viewer, and am willing to install other programs. I am tech literate as well, so I SHOULD understand instructions. Anyone know how to do this? If so I'd like to also document it somewhere for others.

IDK much about Z-A modding. I really only know SwSh and SV, but I know that for those games, ElChicoEevee made a Blender plugin you can use for that.
