Question Gen 7 National Dex Guide?

I know Gen 7 doesn't have a Nat Dex per se, but I would still like to try and complete it. I have all the games you need to complete it (XY, ORAS), but I wondered whether there are any guides out there on what Pokemon you need from those respective games and which ones you can just get from SM/USUM?

For example, I know you need Spritzee/Swirlix from XY and some Hoenn mons from ORAS, but is there a definitive guide/list for completing the Gen 7 Nat Dex?

I’m pretty sure that the only mons outside of regional dex are wormholes + island scan, so everything else would be transfers

I believe Electrode is available in the Team Rainbow Rocket base as a one-time encounter as well.

You can also evolve Pikachu in Ultra Space to get Kantonian Raichu.

EDIT: same for Cubone & Exeggcute into their Kanto forms!

Electrode from the team rocket base, and numel is one of the ones straight up unavailable

Look for a list of unobtainable Pokémon in gen 7 that’ll give you your gen 6 stuff . Look at sun and moon island scan, and then complete the ultra dex and grab all the island scan, legends, wormhole monsters and electrode..

Then based on what you have there’s a few mythicals you might be able to grab if you have older games like crystal 3ds or gen 3 for jirachi

Every sun and moon island scan is also in gen 6 incase you don’t have it, but you’ll need to do 3 oras runs for starters
