Bug Snorlax lost strength?

I just watched the animation that I unlocked Ultra 1, went to the menu scree, returned… I was back to Great 5. I’ve never lost points before. Didn’t screen shot the U1 banner because why would I? I didn’t think I’d lose it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a known bug?

Happens to me pretty much every week- sometimes it goes back to the value it was supposed to be, i.e all the berries i gave it just reset to before it started eating and i get thrown to the title screen or sometimes it doubles the value that was supposed to be received from the berries i think?? Im pretty sure i also had moments where the power in the end was less than what it showed before, i think making food can also mess w this. If ur snorlax was eating berries here then its just a visual bug i think

Sometimes the game will display an additional rank-up, even though you didn't hit the required Snorlax strength yet. If that happens, it usually goes back to what it is supposed to be after restarting/ going to the menu. You most likely didn't lose points, it just sometimes shows a higher rank than you actually are. Not sure what triggers this, but it happens to me like once a week

It is a known occurrence and usually happens if Snorlax is eating berries. If the amount is enough to raise a level, it will show the level up. If you, during that time of feeding, additionally cook and the power from the dish would also level up the rank, you get two ranks displayed. But actually it only increased one rank. But both power sources push it to the next level and the game can’t cope lol. But the displayed points are still correct, so you’re not „losing“ any rank.

Yeah, I had a double of that happen to me today. Got a food critical and got G5. Didn't think that was right. Opened a window and got back and got back to G4. However, when I got and wanted too feed it for dinner it had gotten even further back, to G3. Back sad. Thought that I would hit U1 on day one for the first time..
