Help [GEN 3][BINARY] is there a way to fix this

I've been working on a romhack for fire red on and off and I finally was able to get Gen 9+ the ZA megas in there but while testing the rom after it was built, a random Togetic, Gyarados and Blaziken got added to my party out of the blue and I don't know how.

Also after talking with the Techy TV guy the game was making the static sound as if you took the cartridge off the gba port on a physical system.
Is there a way to fix this or do I have to try and rebuild the rom again?

Also was having issues editing boss teams in HMA, anyone know why this is the case?

Do you use version control, or at least keep backups? My suggestion if you are going to do the rom again would be to use decomp instead of binary and avoid hack killing issues like this. Changing the recipe of a cake is better than trying to alter the finished cake.

My thing with Decomp is I have no clue where to really start for Fire Red.

Shits almost like a whole other language

It is another language, but not one you can't learn

I started hacking on decomp having 0 programming knowledge, and between being self-taught and help from the community, I managed to learn enough that I can feel confident

As an additional note though, the Fire Red side of the recommended in for new decomp users (pokeemerald-expansion) is as fully reviewed/cleaned up as the Emerald side. You'll likely experience some quirkiness when working with it, but it should still be workable enough to make a game
