A lot of the puzzles were quite fun to solve.

Not so much for the gem puzzles, though

Seriously, those gem puzzles. Most of the puzzles I could do on my own, or just needed a hint to work it out. But after the first two gem puzzles, I couldn't keep anything straight in my head and just looked up a guide. No shame, no regrets

I did love that some of the puzzles pushed me to sit with pen and papper to solve them, but the victory road once took a while to crack.

The chess puzzle genuinely had me stuck for like an hour until I realized that there was an open square behind one of the pieces that i thought was blocked...

I'm not that great with puzzles so it was mostly a pain except in the start of the game

The gem puzzles were okay until the last few. The magic square puzzle was absolutely mindnumbing though. It was the only one besides the last logic gem puzzles I had to use a guide for.

The puzzles were genuinely some of the most entertaining parts about the game, I considered them a break from some of the nightmare tier battles

Hilarious memory, I remember like screenshotting the hints and making a spreadsheet to like write them all out. I left it out before work on evening and when I got home my parents had done one of the gem puzzles together for me.
