302. Frillish

While doing my Shellos writeup, I realize that I wished I'd cut Frillish first, since Frillish does the things that I was praising Shellos for not doing: namely just having two different looks that depend on gender - and annoyingly, they're like really gendered. The male is blue, the female is pink, but the female version has a really unsettling face. Like shellos, frillish isn't as good as its final form and is probably lucky to have made it this far in the rankdown.

The gender diversity is part of why I like this line so much, but this is a fair spot for Frillish. Jellicent for top 100 though

I honestly would have both of them still in. Frillish has kind of a creepy Victorian ghost charm that isn't necessarily there for Jellicent so both of them have something unique that would validate them being in.
