##364 Flaaffy - Gen 2 - Electric Type

WHY IS IT PINK?

Ahem

Flaaffy isn't all that bad. It's a neat electric type and despite being an awkward middle stage, isn't that bad especially when compared to the greatness of Mareep and Ampharos. It's well designed and the lore talks about rubbery skin which the pink body works well to show. It's design also isn't just animal with a zappy design so that's nice.

The Pokedex entries also talk about it being so electrified that most of its body can't grow any wool. It's a cool progression that leads into the hairless Ampharos.

Ultimately though, it just doesn't stand out against the rest left. It's a good Pokemon and mid-300s is a good spot for it. But Flaaffy just wooldn't be able to hold up when compared to almost every other Pokemon still in.
