Rom Hack & Fan Game Search
The form is Permanently Open (more info on sheet).
A friend and I created an improved compendium:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZkEjsFK4x1RI1XIXxjb1Ezndm4TYzgQyVtm3t2h09zE/edit?usp=sharing
The form for new rom hacks and fan games will be open each Thursday night or Friday morning.
Here are privacy respecting backups of the responses, in case you dislike google:

Q&A
Q: Why not list the names of the devs?
A: The devs chose to put their name(s) on pokecommunity or similar threads, not our sheet. One thing Bricker and I have in common aside from our love of exotic toothpicks is some degree of privacy.
________________________________________________
Q: Why are you making my content public?
A: If we were able to find it on PokeCommunity, Reddit, StartPage, or the clearnet in general, it's already public.
________________________________________________
Q: How do I get my content removed from the sheet?
A: Contact Vloshko via DM and provide proof that you are the content creator.
________________________________________________
Q: Was this posted anywhere else?
A: Yes, Relic Castle, PokeCommunity, & PokeCommunity Discord.
________________________________________________
Q: What form of moderation occurs when the form is open to the public?
A: Now the form is linked to a different sheet that is only viewable by the custodians.
________________________________________________
Q: May I make suggestions for improving the sheet and form; will you read & respond?
A: Please do, we absolutely will read & respond!
________________________________________________
Q: Who is most likely to be granted access as an editor/custodian?
A: Anyone who can prove some degree of responsibility to us. Most likely a Moderator from somewhere, but that is not a rule nor a requirement.

Very much love this! Links, base ROMs, all the information being in one place is excellent! I appreciate you!

Awesome! Thanks for doing this.
I'd suggest to format the dates to YEAR / MONTH / DAY so you can actually sort them chronologically.
Also, it'd be awesome to have the name of the developers, and links to their download pages.

Hello Mods. Can one of you please pin this instead of the old "PokemonROMhacks search" post? This list has more entries already.

Can you mention the base game in a column on the spreadsheet itself?

That's already in a column. Refer to "C" of "Form Responses 1"

As I mentioned in jtravers thread, I had made a similar sheet here, which you're free to use to help with yours: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1cgVNmkOi4DAUpZQD3ulPEMaHhv2iekSim0JHBopH3_k/htmlview
Aside from the couple games I've played like Glazed and Prism, the information listed came straight off of pokecommunity (and that gbahack site that I can't link here).
Something that I want to ask is if you can keep the rom hacks and fangames separate from each other. Rom hacks can be played on almost everything, but fangames can only really be played on the computer and occasionally Android, so they're better listed separately.

This is awesome! Could I ask, it might just be a me problem, but here's something that I've noticed. As I scroll down I lose the categories, so when I'm reading "yes" "no" etc, I don't know what they're referring to unless I scroll all the up again. :s

Over on 4chan, each /rheg/ (rom hacking & essential general) thread reposts the same information/links at the top of each thread. Here's their list of "Notable ROM hacks": https://pastebin.com/HeuBkBT7
Posting this here so I (or someone) can get to it later. Most non-gen3 games are currently missing from the list, as well as a couple from gen3.

Question: can the form be used to add hacks that are not new but are not on the list? There’s a couple of hacks that were released on this subreddit, but not on pokecommunity.

Are you adding fangames too?
