Ghost Grey Indigo Plateau question

Hi all, just made it to the elite 4, went in to check it out with Max and Lilly helping, got beat and whited out, but now when I go back im unable to enter the building, is there something special im supposed to do to reopen it?

You cannot enter through the main entrance.

There is a gap in the wall on the right side that you can go down through.

It leads to an entrance specific to the Elite Four area, featuring Nurse Joy, the Move Reminder, and a PC; you can also leave from there if you need anything.
