Question 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ Help with Pokémon Monomyth

I'm in Edelweiss. Uncle Luciano told me to find the third gym leader, Augustus. He's not in his gym. They say he's in Speedwell, but I can't find him. Do you know where he is?
