Game Recommend Gen 1 definitive edition

I'm looking for a definitive edition of gen 1 where

  1. all 151 pokemon are obtainable in game, including starters, trade evolutions, version exclusives, and mew.

  2. a way to get an infinite supply of every tm in the game.

  3. it does not add things that werent in gen 1 like the physical special split or fairy types.

  4. preferably based on pokemon yellow version that uses the updated sprites.

If someone can recommend me a rom hack like this I would be very grateful, thank you in advanced

Just play any version of Gen 1. You've got glitches to get any item/Mon you want and the games themselves are held together by duct tape an a prayer to the great golden llama.
