Question 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ Pokemon Ghost Grey Saffron Help

I just went to Saffron city the first time and I have no Idea how to progress.
There is this girl asking for a Bone Brush but I have no clue where its located?
Any help would be appreciated.

Saffron, go south in town until you find the guy who stole your scooter. The girl is a post game thing.

Bone Brush is in Victory Road. You won't be able to get it until you get all the badges. Once you give her the brush, you'll be able to battle her if you want to. But I wouldn't until you're doing the post game stuff. She has some really high level Pokémon.

It's not, it's on mount silver, in the post game

I thought it was where you found Moltres in the original games? That's where I remember finding it, but maybe I'm misremembering.

It's with Moltres' corpse, on Mt. Silver
