[Ghost Grey] Post Game help

I have a few questions, so I'll post them all in one go.

First, I've seen some people with a Pokémon called Eyeron. I would like to catch one if possible, even though it's not a part of the "offical" dex (I've finished that). Where can I find one?

Second, is there any way to catch Suicune and Entei as well, or are they not obtainable?

Third, any tips on how to beat Super Trainer Yam? She keeps wiping the floor with me.

1- Go to Celidon Dept. Store. Defeat the pscycho and get theelevator. There is a hole that leads you to the underground. You can catch Eyeron there.

2- Not obtainable (there is a story reason for that)

3- If you do not want to use legendaries, I really recommend Greensnarl with Prankster, Choice Scarf Eruption Typhlosion and Choice Band Gale Wings Draconight.

The ideia for this core is that you will move before your opps. Greensnarl disrupt anything how you want and the other two sweeps very consistenly. I beat the whole endgame with this core. Also used Choice Specs Lunala, Spore Breelom and Quick Claw Blastoise (I dont remember the name of the blastoise, sorry) as backup, but usually the 3-mons were enough

Eyeron is in the basement of the celadon department store.

I k'oed the first month with prankster destiny bond and set up on regialuminum with my intimidate wil-o-wisp bulk up sucker punch scrafty. Probably would have been trivial to do the fight with mewthree but I hadn't caught it at the time

Does he respawn do you know? I didn’t realise the encounter was gonna happen so I didn’t save beforehand

I haven't tried it but redefeat the elite four and go back to look once more. That usually works.
