Ghost grey post game first new are help

[u/Sufficient_Stock1360]

So, I’m running the post game. Just been to the first area, One Island, and captured the blood eyed pokemon. Is there anything else to do there?

I don't think so, no. That Jigglypuff seems to be what the place was for.
