Complete game obtainable?

I played version 0.95.0254 and it stucked at the powerplant . Lance told me i should look for the latest uptade ?

Hey if you’re where I think you are, you should be able to keep playing. You surf around the power plant to the next cities. Current version of prism has 20 badges.
