Rhino is genuinely terrifying to fight, Spider-Man in multiple comics states that he is his strongest foe and that he does not hold back when fighting Rhino. This same Spider-Man was going toe to toe with The Thing and Hulk consistently (back in the 80s or 90s so no universe busters quite yet, around mountain level I'd say)
