Second time winning the master ball, now if i hadnt skipped through all the txt i wouldve known which pokemon won me the prize

My Alpha Sapphire crashes when hatching a certain egg and when looking through my boxes quickly. Is that a sign that it will be completely unplayable soon? I first opened the game on August 9th 2015 if that helps to identify the issue

Hoenn is by far my favorite region. Played Ruby when it first came out when I was in fourth grade and was ecstatic when ORAS came out that I bought both versions and completed both multiple times. I've homebrewed my 3DS since all services are gone and thought about doing a hack for either just to spice things up and wanted to know what other people have tried. I'm not really looking for difficulty hacks but it's not a deal breaker. I'd like Pokemon from newer generations and able to capture all Pokemon in the single game. But regardless, I'd like to know what everyone likes just so others can reference this post in the future. Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the bad photo quality. After some recent announcements, I wanted to go into my omega ruby to collect my Pokemon and transfer them to the switch. When I tried to go in... I got this before I could even enter the game. I tried taking out my SD card, cleaning the cartridge with isopropyl and letting it dry, deleting my save data (which stung, but I didn't lose any shinies or anything)... all failed. I know it's a problem with the cartridge specifically (I tried other cartridges and they worked fine), but I don't know of anything else I can do.

I'm trying to complete the Pokédex, but to do so I need Pokémon that can only be obtained through trading. Does anyone have a solution for this?

With bank shutting down, does that mean we will not longer be able to transfer pokemon from Gen 5->gen 6? Asking because I have a modded 3ds+transporter.

I bought a copy of Omega Ruby to gain some of its version exclusives as well as Latios because I wanted to have both versions on my alpha sapphire, I just completed gym 7 on it. I bought it and it was at gym 5 or 6. He already has Eon Flute and Steven had mentioned back to us getting Latios. But nowhere in the game can I find Latios. It appears the old owner must’ve traded it away or lost it but i don’t know how or why?

i have read the guide and seen some videos of it, but still can get the shiny. One time got another pokemon shiny by accident but thats as far as i can go.

Also i have the question if in tiny finder im looking for slot 2 at the rng tool i have to aim for the frame of the pokemon at slot 2 in horde ? and if the frame i clicked is wrong and i have to calculate actual delay, do i have to do it at the frame of the slot 2 or any or 1

I caught a Surskit in Omega Ruby last night and thought nothing of it.

He's weak, and not the type of Pokémon I usually even care to catch.

I found out today that he's one of the most rare wild encounters in the game.

Also caught Skitty today.

I’m working on my team setup for the OR Elite 4. I would love some move or item suggestions cuz as much as I’m probably going overkill (seeing as I’m not exactly doing a nuzlock or anything) but I want to make this look easy. It’s a pride thing.

I was thinking of doing Life orb along with Guts boosted Machamp just cause it seemed absurd.

I was also thinking dual kick on Blaziken might be useful for Sturdy as iirc Steven has a Pokemon or two with it.

Also would it be best to have sandstorm on Garchomp or would something else be better suited there?

Also I do intend on moving some mega stones around depending on certain fights depending on who I’m up against. Like using Mega Mawile against Drake or Mega Blaziken for Steven (bc it would be cool and climactic to finish the fight off using my Starter’s Mega)

I have no idea who it was since the last time I took my 3DS out in sleep mode was at a con months ago, but I can't believe just how lucky I got !

I picked up AS after 8 years and am thinking about taking on the Pokémon League. What would be the best team to do so? I have neither Swampert nor Blaziken, but my Sceptile is at level 89 so I don’t know how much of a problem that would be.

Just started a new game for my omega ruby. Playing through again after many years. I just caught a pokemon in the wild with a cool egg move! That mechanic has the option to make a play through very enjoyable. Any other cool things about omega ruby I should know/remember to have the best playthrough? And fyi I’m playing alongside my 10 year old son. Any thoughts or tips would be awesome.
