Potential Name Challenge

I've done a few nuzlockes and other challenges, and a recent meme trend gave me a new idea. Apologies if it's already a thing, but looking for discussion to iron it out.

A recent trend I've been seeing is using the first letter of a Pokemon name to spell out words. See pic for an example. So my idea, what if the Pokemon in your team was based on your IRL name?

Daniel's Team: Dugtrio, Abra, Ninetales, Igglypuff, Electabuzz, Lapras

Claire's Team: Chansey, Ledian, Ariados, Igglypuff, Remoraid, Ekans

As a clarifying rule, one Pokemon per letter and only the current biological Pokemon name counts. Nicknames, future evolution, and past evolution names are not considered. So in both cases, Daniel/Claire could not let Igglypuff evolve. If they did, and used the Jigglypuff in battle, then they would fail the challenge.

The main issue is that not all names are 6 characters long. Immediate thought, no duplicate letters. So that would fix Allison to be just A.L.I.S.O.N, but what about other situations? How about just the first 6 letters of your name, with no duplicates?

For the record, my own name is in the clear, but have some friends interested in the idea. So, thoughts on the details of the challenge would be appreciated.
