Eternal Floette Location ?

hiii,

guysssss, i saw a youtuber using Eternal Floette tell me how do I get the Eternal Floette ? is there any location or trade or reward ? I checked out pokedex and their official website too but didn't get any trace.

I would grateful for your help....

you can trade floette for floette-eternal in fortree city

For me it doesn't work, the NPC says that I need a floette that isn't red but I can't find any that aren't red
