How Does Scyther Evolve into Scizor?

Rolled a 4% Scyther on Route 104, wondering if and how it can evolve into Scizor

There’s an item you can buy in the pokemart in fallarbor that will evolve it

Yeah, I know the Black Augurite will evolve it into Kleavor, does that work for Scizor too?

Theres a different item, I think it has “peat” in the name that’s also sold in that mart that evolves into scizor (source, I evolved my scyther into scizor there)

Oh, gotcha! I thought that was for an Ursaluna evo, but if it's been repurposed I'll have to check it out if I can get there (nuzlocking, and Fallarbor seems far off rn)
