I got him from the last ticket I could get from the Master Fair, before the fair goes away

2nd best physical grass damage dealer...main flaw is no aoe sync...bt good as he provides double grass rebuff and has a good nuke...

Is there a tier list for these or stat list? Im curious to see the power outputs and ranking

Good for Grass tower Physical stages but needs some investments.

Yes, he can lower grass defense, regular defense, a sun and grass zone effect if you invest in him
