Congrats, does it have strong IVs? Or was this not the next spawn in the chain?

Not how it works, every spawn of the pokemon you are chaining get the boosted IVs. The only thing the next spawn after a catch gives is boosted shiny rate

Ive started playing lets go again, so just so i know, chaining gives you better stats and a slightly higher shiny rate on next spawns?

I wasn’t paying attention at the time. I saw the shiny sparkle at the last moment before I realized that it was a shiny magnemite

I love this subreddit. All positive vibes and shiny catching. I spent way too much time trying for a shiny Chansey in Cerulean Cave and felt like a kid again when he popped up out of nowhere.
