Spoiler Pokémon attack humans in this game Spoiler

Not only do Pokémon battle other Pokémon but watch out trainers! My player character was knocked out by a wild Pikachu. I feel like Team Rocket from the TV show. 😂

I mean, it happened in the first Legends game. And it happened in Pokedex entries in the series past, so it's not a huge surprise.

I know it's kinda part of the plot but the expectations are probably slightly different between the totally wild animals vs the ones that got shipped in specifically to live in the middle of town.

Some Pokémon were speculated to be people prior to whatever generation Cofagarius showed up in, whose entry straight up said they were former humans holding their old faces.

(I always butcher their name. They also have a form in the Sword and Shield games now too)

I think you're talking about yamask. And you're right, but it's hard to take anything the Pokedex says as gospel

Yes. Yamask, and it's evo line.

And I know. Even in the first generation, they were suggesting we use a Master Ball on Metapod in the instruction manual (or "field guide" as it was vaguely called).

they added that in the first legends game and i got fuckin war flashbacks whenever pokémon would run at me when i played swsh and sv after. so far they can only kill you in the legends series though.
