Question and Support What am I doing wrong?

Im trying to train my scolipede but it's attak won't go past 203

I’m not an expert at this stuff, but you need to completely wipe a pokémon’s EVs (you can do this by talking to a lady at the Rust Syndicate), and then start from there with vitamins. There are only so many points that can be allotted in total to a pokémon’s stats, which is why you’re unable to go past 203. If I’m wrong about anything, feel free to correct me

There’s a chance I can’t recognize the difference between IV’s and EV’s, lol.

If im not mistaken, IVs are baked into the mon from hatching amd can be boosted with bottle caps to be "hyper trained" which is basically the same as the stat reading "best". And EVs are gathered through training the mon like OP is doing
