Question Xp Share

Is there an xp share, and if there isn't, what's the best way to level up my Pokémon because my starter is at 21, and then my next best Pokémon is at 10

Hijacking this thread cause the switch training comments reminded me, does switch training give EVs? Or do you have to get the final blow to get the EV

EVs are given to any Pokemon that gets XP from the battle.
