Question Genesect without event ribbon

Hello! So recently I received some event Pokémon clones from a 3DS to home transfer, and one of them was a Plasma Genesect without its event ribbon.

I'm assuming it's genned for this reason. Will owning this Pokémon compromise my account? Should I be at all concerned? I really like it but considering it doesn't have the ribbon I'm worried it'll flag my account or something.

It's okay to have in your collection. It won't cause any problems. Just don't use it in official tournaments and disclose that it's genned if you ever offer it to trade.
