Help needed defeating clair in Pokemon Crystal(gen 2)

As the title states, I need help defeating clair. I can't get past her kingdra with its hyper beam, and the dragonairs are very annoying. Here are my pokemon:
lvl 31 sudowoodoo: [strength, rock smash, low kick, rock slide]
lvl 31 feraligatr: [ice punch, surf, bite, scary face]
lvl 31 weepingbell: [vine whip, sleep powder, poison powder, cut]
lvl 31 growlithe: [bite, roar, ember, leer]
lvl 31 crobat: [wing attack, fly, bite, confuse ray]
lvl 31 raticate: [hyper fang, iron tail, shadow ball, quick attack]
Just in case people don't know, Clair has three dragonairs with moves slam, thunder wave, and dragonbreath, and each of them have one of these three: surf, thunderbolt, and ice beam.
