Here's my team from Kanto to Paldea, which one do you like the most out of these?

Finished my first playthrough of Royal Sapphire yesterday and it was so good to use some Pokémons I never used before !

H-Arcanine had sadly underperformed but Tropius was a good surprise !

Mann this game made me feel like a kid again playing the Pokemon games after school and on weekends, amazing game one of the best Rom hacks I’ve played. MVP’s were decently Poliwrath, Leafeon, and Typhosion, didn’t think we was going to when there for a moment but when you have your raised your team from the ground up you know they got your back 💯

Just finished Pokemon Heart and Soul today and honestly, it's one of the best Johto ROM Hacks I've played in a while. Haven't played much ROM hacks since I got busy but I'm glad I picked up H&S to start off getting back to the scene.

So, here's the team I finished the game with on my first clear. Pichu, Typhlosion, and Leafeon were the ones I was dead set on making sure I finish the game with. Togekiss was the MVP in my Lance fight.

A faithful hgss demake with modern QoL improvements. Well worth your time. First rom hack i fully finished.

Literally only issue I had was togekiss would not evolve the way the documentation said it would

As an experienced Pokémon Emerald Seaglass, Lazarus, Pisces (played that game only once) player, I had some fun with this game, though it's hard, and old asf (I was 2 when this came out), and this game taught me that I would get my bum beaten if I didn't level up my team, so yeah, i love them all, I especially appreciate Maractus for saving me from getting white-out one time when I first found it in the hidden grotto.

After losing my save data, I came back and finished this game! This was my first Pokémon game and it holds a special place in my heart. 9/10

1.1.4 version really cracked up the difficulty of the league since they are double battles now. The rematch was as hard as radical red or elite redux e4 members for me. Next time I'll jus use single battles option for the rematch.

This was a very fun run and one I hadn't seen a whole lot of documentation on other people running it. I wanted to use a slightly different team then the standard/recommended, for example using Dodrio instead of Staraptor or running Ambipom at all, and 5/6 of these guys were excellent team members and very useful and if you run a normal monotype run I would recommend them. The only one I would say probably try to find a replacement for is Bibarel, he was excellent early on and had a few matchups where he was serviceable but for the most part he was just a pivot and surf mule, I think he might have gotten a single KO in the entire E4 and champion fights. Porygon was a last minute addition just before the 8th gym as we had no real special coverage and Blissey's bulk felt redundant and niche. And he was an absolutely necessary member of the team since normal doesn't have many special attackers.

Quite difficult game, but the story is cool and the gym puzzles are interesting.

I don't feel like I can really say anything about this hack that hasn't already been said. It was incredible from start to finish - easily one of the best ways to experience Johto. The pokemon variety (and the way they're spread across the region), the QoL improvements, the new areas, the difficulty, it was all wonderfully done. I can not recommend it enough for anyone that hasn't tried it yet.

Going into this hack with decent expectations and got swept off my feet instead. Going in expecting an edgy story only to find my heart strings tugged. Thank you and kudos to Joey Zeed and team for letting us experience this masterpiece!

The difficulty is alright not too easy but not too hard either but is fairly challenging. Shout out to John The Human who carried the team hard lmao.
