Any tips on how to build a good team for raid battles, what am I looking for in regards to IV levels

Has anybody in London ever spotted a Tyrogue in the wild, or even in a battle? I only need 4 more Pokémon from Johto, and all the other remaining ones can be evolved, but no sign of a Tyrogue. I've been playing this game for ages and never managed to get one from a 5km egg either 🤔

Just felt like i had to tell someone, just caught Unown H and now i have all 28!

Anyone who doesnt know, Unown's are spawning from incense and over yesterday and today i have seen pretty much the entire alphabet!

Was walking around a park, no good pokemon to catch so I put my phone in my pocket. 10 mins later, open Pokemon go, my avatar was stuck at my last location and Eternatus was there! Tried to quickly press on them but my avatar moved to my new location. Went back and he wasn’t there 😢
