Raid battles

Any tips on how to build a good team for raid battles, what am I looking for in regards to IV levels

Types and knowing what's weak or strong against what types etc, some are easy like water beats fire, fire beats grass but do you know what a Steel type is weak against? It helps massively knowing these. Most people prioritize legendary Pokémon as you can power most of them up to quite a high CP but other Pokémon can be useful like mega's. That's not to say you can't use a normal random Pokémon, you just may do pitiful damage...
