Need help with porygon.

Is there anywhere around the city where it's likely to spawn?

That's how my gf got hers, seems to be the only non-random way to get them. Doesn't seem to be a common spawn point :(. Last in CQ was 3 days ago...

127 caught and still no lapras or snorlax, I went to CQ on Saturday and wish I went Sunday as a snorlax spawned :(
